Coconut Oil Production Line ensures the extraction of high-quality coconut oil from copra, maintaining its purity and natural characteristics throughout the production line.

Coconuts are initially split open, and the copra (dried coconut kernel) is extracted.

• Copra is fed into the first expeller, where it undergoes the first crushing process.
• This initial crushing extracts a portion of the coconut oil.
• The partially crushed material (oil cake) from the first expeller is further processed in the second expeller for a more thorough extraction.
• This step ensures maximum oil extraction from the copra.
• After the second crushing, the residual material, known as oil cake, is obtained. This cake contains around 7-8% oil content.
• The oil cake is stored for further use, such as in animal feed or other applications.
• The extracted coconut oil is collected in a storage tank. This tank serves as an intermediate storage point before further processing.
• A pump is used to transfer the collected coconut oil from the storage tank to the Filter.
• The oil undergoes filtration to remove any remaining impurities or particles. This step ensures the purity of the coconut oil.
• The filtered oil is now in its natural and pure form, free from contaminants and unwanted substances.
• The final step involves packaging the coconut oil into containers, typically tins or bottles, ready for distribution and consumption.
